ACTION

In September of 2019 D. Gillette Industrial Services was asked to manufacture, assembly, and deliver 15 Maintenance/Transport Bench. The Maintenance/Transport Bench is used in support of Squadron Transitions from Legacy Aircraft F/A-18 A/D to Super Hornet Aircraft FA-18 E/F at NAS Oceana.

DGI worked with VEP Manufacturing to procure several intricate pieces in order to assemble each unit. Precise machining and assembly was required to assure each Transport Bench was built flawlessly.

RESULT

DGI passed DCMA inspection with zero defects and shipped items to our customer with no issues.
