Dorothea Spencer
President/CEO

Dorothea Spencer has a passion for people, evident in her long-time support of her surrounding community. This has been demonstrated by her participation in many charitable organizations, such as United Way, American Red Cross and Norwescap. Dee is also a 35-year active member of the OES. At DGI, the company culture of giving back starts at the top.

Paul Gillette
Quality Engineer

Paul Gillette founded Accura Pharmaquip Corporation in 2015 where he oversaw all sales and marketing strategies for the United States Division. Paul is heavily involved in the community where he serves as an organizer and volunteer for Light the Night, a leukemia and lymphoma society fundraising organization, and volunteers his time coaching youth basketball and football.

Michele Robert
Project Manager

Michele Robert is an experienced Program Manager who has managed CAT 1A development programs for The Boeing Company, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Michele is a Certified Contracts Specialist in government contracting with over 30 years of experience working with the Department of Defense, including Air Force, Army, Navy and Special Operation Command (SOCOM).
