DGI was asked to manufacture, assemble, and deliver On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGs) Air Source Testers. The OBOGS Air Source Tester is required to support F/A-18 E/F Domestic Program, Kuwait Air Force F/A-18A-D and F/A-18 E/F, and Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 EF Organizational (O-level), Intermediate (I-level) and Depot (D-level) levels of testing and troubleshooting procedures, which requires pressure testing of the Aircraft OBOGS Air Source.

DGI worked directly with Absolute Process Instruments to procure the gauges needed for this effort. After passing DCMA inspection the items were individually packaged in Pelican Cases and shipped to the customer.

DGI procured 90 OBOGS with zero defects and shipped to the customer well in advance of the contract delivery date.
