ACTION

DGI managed the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of the F/A-18 EFG Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) P/N 3221AS760-1, Modified-Start Valve Crowfoot Wrench used during Organizational level maintenance (O-Level) to assemble/dissemble the dump valve from the start valve assembly.

DGI acquired the Crow Foot Wrenches from Snap-On Tools and modified to print the Crow Foot Wrench requested by our customer. The wrenches were machined with precision, stripped of their original coating, and re-coated in chrome for protection and durability.

RESULT

80 Crow Foot Wrenches were modified, inspected by DCMA, packaged, and delivered to the customer.
