Paul Gillette, Quality Engineer

Paul Gillette is a third-generation Quality Engineer at Dee Gillette Industrial Services and the son of CEO Dee Gillette-Spencer. His fields of excellence include quality engineering, project management and sales leadership. At DGI, Paul has cultivated valuable professional experience while managing multiple projects for the Department of Defense where he oversaw the successful manufacturing and delivery of critical components related to the F/A 18 aircraft, nuclear steel projects, airfield lighting, and H-1 platform helicopters.

Paul's enthusiasm and passion for leadership help to illuminate the big picture as well as the complex details of each project. Paul's impressive experience includes mentorship and team building. Paul founded Accura Pharmaquip Corporation in 2015 where he oversaw all sales and marketing strategies for the United States division. He successfully revamped the company's branding and oversaw the shipment, organization and logistics involved in moving machinery internationally. As a mentor, Paul is the organizer and a volunteer for Light the Night, a leukemia and lymphoma society fundraising organization, and he also volunteers his time coaching youth basketball and football. Paul is a graduate of Ithaca College where he studied history, computers and information technology.
