SOLUTION

Increase the capacity over the factory maximum capacity to allow more volume per stroke.

DGI disassembled and remachined internal parts to increase the volume per stroke, allowing the customer to maintain the unit on their lines while changing the output specs.

RESULT

300 units completed at minimal cost vs. over $10K for newer and higher output volume unit (ss) saved more than $2.5M on project improvement.
